OVER 32 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!

Nina Perederij and her family moved to the Rancho Simi Conejo area in 1950 and settled at the Montgomery Ranch (aka Wood Ranch) nestled in the hills between Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks. Back then, Simi Valley had a small town population of less than 5,000 and was mostly known for western cowboy movies, livestock ranches, citrus and walnut farms. The Conejo Valley was open rolling hills accented with grand Oak trees.

In 1952 the family relocated to Warner Ranch (Now Warner Center - Pictured Right)  where they lived on the ranch and her parents worked for Hollywood movie mogul and horse race enthusiast Harry Warner (Warner Brothers Studios). The family still traveled to Simi Valley to visit friends. Nina then briefly relocated to Eagle Rock, California where she graduated High School, married and returned to the Rancho Simi Conejo area in 1967 to start a family with her new husband. Nina and her growing family with two children eventually purchased new home built on the very same ranch property, where she first arrived in the area 40 years earlier.

Nina still lives and works as a Realtor in the Simi Conejo area today and proud to call it  "Home".

Nina has purchased and sold personal real estate in the Simi Conejo area beginning in 1967.  After raising her two children she decided to pursue a full time career in real estate and obtained her real estate license in 1989. Since that time Nina has accumulated a number of service and sales awards for real estate performance and excellence.
